Curricular Requirements
To be admitted to the Master's Degree in “Biotechnologies of Human Reproduction" (LM-6), candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree, a three-year university diploma, a four-year degree (old system) in biological, biotechnological, or medical-health fields obtained from any national university or an equivalent qualification obtained abroad and deemed appropriate. Candidates must have a solid foundational knowledge in cytology, biochemistry, biology, molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, and general physiology.

Curricular requirements are fulfilled by holding a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following fields as per D.M. 270/2004 (or the corresponding fields in DM 509/99): L-2 Biotechnology, L-13 Biological Sciences, LM-6 Biology, LM-9 Medical, Veterinary, and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, LM-41 Medicine and Surgery, LM-13 Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy.
Graduates from other degree fields may also be admitted, provided they have acquired at least 75 credits (CFU) in specific subject areas listed below and have obtained their degree with a minimum grade indicated in the course's academic regulations: BIO/10, BIO/11, BIO/13, BIO/14, BIO/18, BIO/19, BIO/06, BIO/16, BIO/17, MED/03, MED/07, MED/46.

Since the Master's Degree is taught in English, candidates must have a minimum English proficiency level of B2. To verify your English level, refer to the webpage (https://admission.unisi.it/?p=1944).

PROCEDURES, AND DOCUMENTATION

To register for the 1st year, you must have specific curricular requirements and adequate personal preparation. The Committee carries out the verification for the didactics of the single course of studies or by the Teacher designated by the same Committee. The application for assessment may be submitted online, by filling in the application form for the evaluation of the held requirements and attaching it to the appropriate field during the online procedure. Access is made from the Secretariat online by clicking on "Assessment Test". The evaluation result is communicated to the student by the Student and Teaching Office by e-mail.

The evaluation outcome can be checked by the student by accessing their online secretariat portal at https://segreteriaonline.unisi.it.
