1) Operator, manager and coordinator in the Assisted Reproduction technology (ART) laboratories, in centers for semen analysis and biological banks for the cryopreservation of reproductive cells and tissues.
2) Biotechnologist researcher in private research centers, operating in the field of the physiopathology of human reproduction.
3) Manager and operator of biotechnological and pharmacological laboratory.
Graduates in Biotechnology of Human Reproduction have acquired the skills to manage, manipulate, cultivate and cryopreserve human gametes and embryos. They have the skills to reproduce in vitro the physiological processes of oocyte maturation and fertilization; they have acquired the skills to carry out the first, second and third level ART techniques. They can work in public and private laboratory of ART and seminology and in the biological banks for the cryopreservation of reproductive cells and tissues only after the state exam has been passed and the graduate joined the professional register. The master's degree allows access to residency program in the healthcare area whose title enables the specialized graduate to carry out activities as a Ist level executive at the National Health System structures.
Graduates in Biotechnology of Human Reproduction have the skills to play both the managerial role and operator in public and private, national and international research centers, operating in the field of physiopathology of human reproduction and in biotechnological and pharmacological laboratories.They can also participate in clinical trials as expert in reproductive pathophysiology and in national and international research projects.
